What Data We Collect
Personal data reaches us in three ways: you provide it yourself, we obtain business contact details from public sources and B2B databases in order to approach you commercially, or the data arises when you visit our website. Each route is described separately below.
Data you provide yourself through our contact form or direct communication:
- Name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Message content
Purpose of Processing
We use your data to:
- Respond to your inquiries submitted via the contact form
- Prepare commercial offers for our services
- Fulfil contractual obligations
Legal Basis
- Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) — responding to inquiries and business communication
- Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) — marketing communications
- Performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) — processing data necessary for contractual relations
Data Retention
We retain personal data for as long as is necessary for the given purpose, and no longer than our legitimate interest in the processing lasts or until you object. We keep it longer only where the law requires it (for example for tax and accounting purposes). This criterion applies to all processing described in this policy.
Contacts from Public Sources and B2B Databases (Direct Marketing)
We approach companies that buy installation capacity in our field — warehouse technology manufacturers and integrators, racking system suppliers, developers and logistics companies. We obtain the business contact details of their employees from publicly available sources and from commercial databases of business contacts. We do not receive this data from you but from a third party, which is why we inform you about the processing under Art. 14 GDPR.
- Categories of data — first and last name, job title, business email address, and where applicable a business phone number and a link to a public professional profile; plus the name, country and industry of your employer. We do not process data about your private life and no special categories of personal data.
- Source of the data (Art. 14(2)(f) GDPR) — publicly available sources, in particular company websites and public professional profiles, and commercial databases of business contacts.
- Purpose — a business approach offering installation subcontracting, i.e. the installation of warehouse racking systems as a subcontractor, and any follow-up business communication if you are interested.
- Legal basis — our legitimate interest under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. That interest is to win work for the company's installation capacity. We contact you solely in your professional role, at a business address, with an offer that is substantively related to your work.
Our business emails do not track message opens or link clicks. We only record that we sent the message and any reply you send.
Website Traffic Measurement
In addition to the tools described in the cookies section, we record basic information about your visit on the server side. This does not use cookies or any other storage on your device and therefore does not require your consent.
- What we store — the country of the visit and information about the network the visit came from, the page visited and the language version, the date and time, the referring domain, campaign parameters from the link (utm) and a coarse device type (desktop, mobile, tablet).
- What we do not store — your full IP address, and no name, email or other direct identifier. We do not link these records with contact form data, and traffic from automated bots and crawlers is not recorded at all.
- Purpose and legal basis — to understand which countries and which companies visit our website and to focus our commercial activity and website content accordingly; legitimate interest under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, pursued in the way that has the least possible impact on your privacy.
Data Recipients and Transfers Outside the EU
We do not share your data with third parties except where required by law or with your consent. Your data is processed for us by providers of IT services and email communication tools, which process it on our behalf under a contract. We do not sell the data and do not pass it on for third-party marketing.
When these services are used, data may be transferred outside the European Union. Any such transfer takes place in accordance with the safeguards that the GDPR provides for transfers to third countries.
Your Rights
- Access — request information about your processed data
- Rectification — request correction of inaccurate data
- Erasure — request deletion of your data when the purpose has been fulfilled
- Restriction — request restriction of processing
- Portability — receive your data in a structured, common format
- Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interest
- Withdraw consent — withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent
Right to Object to Direct Marketing
You may object to the processing of your data for direct marketing purposes at any time under Art. 21(2) GDPR — simply reply to our email or write to [email protected] and we will stop contacting you for that purpose and delete your data. We retain only the email address itself on a suppression list so that we do not contact you again. You do not have to give any reason.
Contact
To exercise any of your rights, contact us at [email protected].
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — with the Czech Data Protection Authority (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, www.uoou.cz), which supervises us as a Czech controller, or with the supervisory authority of the country in which you live or work.
Cookies and Analytics Tools
Technically necessary cookies keep the website working and do not require consent. Your choice from the cookie bar is stored in your browser so that we do not ask again on every visit.
Analytics tools are loaded only after you accept them in the bar at the bottom of the page. If you decline, they are not loaded at all. There are two of them:
- Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC) — traffic statistics. IP anonymisation is enabled.
- Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation) — click maps and session recordings, i.e. an anonymised record of movement across the page. We use it to see where visitors get stuck.
Both tools are provided by groups established in the USA and set their own cookies. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing the website data in your browser — the bar will then reappear and you can choose differently.
