We install steel structures for high-bay and automated warehouses (AS/RS) across Europe. We work for system integrators as well as direct investors — from racking structures carrying automated stacker cranes to complete rack-clad buildings where the racking forms the load-bearing structure of the entire building.
What we install
- Steel structures of high-bay warehouses for automated stacker cranes (AS/RS)
- Rack-clad buildings — racking as the load-bearing structure, with cladding mounted directly onto the rack frames
- High-rise builds of 40 metres and more, including installation before the building envelope goes up
- Racking structures for shuttle systems and automated high-density storage
- Steel platforms, walkways and service structures connected to the automation
The precision automation demands
An automated stacker crane accepts no compromise. We install to EN 15620 tolerances, in line with EN 15629 (specification) and EN 15635 (safe use). Geometry is continuously verified by surveying — verticality, bay spacing and rail flatness have to be right to the millimetre, or the automation will not run.
Freezer installation
We also install in cold stores at temperatures down to −32 °C. Work runs in cycles according to cold-work regulations, and our crews carry their own freezer-grade equipment. The project does not stall — we plan the work cycles so installation keeps moving.
