Open positions

You lead the team. You build warehouses. For clients like BMW, Amazon, DHL or Airbus. We're not looking for another paper-pusher β€” we need someone whose team respects them because they know the job and can teach it.

What you'll do

  • Lead installation teams (5-15 people) on projects across Europe
  • Full responsibility for the build β€” from material acceptance to client handover
  • Train and mentor new assemblers on-site
  • Client communication and coordination with project managers
  • Reporting β€” photo documentation, daily logs, safety compliance

What we expect

  • Previous assembly team leadership experience (min. 2 years)
  • Ability to read technical drawings and assembly documentation
  • English or German at conversational level
  • Valid driving license (B)
  • Reliability, responsibility, on-site problem solving

How it works

  • Rotations of 1-3 months, schedule per project
  • Quality accommodation and meals provided
  • Career growth β€” from team leader to project manager

You assemble racking systems. Floor to ceiling. In warehouses where pallets park for BMW or drones land for Amazon. This isn't desk work β€” it's a craft. And we're looking for people who take it seriously.

What you'll do

  • Assembly of pallet, shelving and cantilever racking systems
  • Work with hand and power tools
  • Follow safety standards on every site
  • Collaborate with team leaders and fellow assemblers

What we expect

  • Manual dexterity and reliability
  • Basic English or German is an advantage
  • Willingness to work abroad in 1-3 month rotations
  • Assembly experience is a plus, but not required β€” we'll train you

What you get

  • Above-average compensation + profit sharing
  • Quality accommodation and meals
  • Career progression to team leader

Same job, same quality β€” just closer to home. Warehouse system assembly on projects in Czechia and nearby. Perfect if you want stable work without long rotations abroad.

What you'll do

  • Assembly of racking systems on domestic projects
  • Work in a team under team leader supervision
  • Follow safety standards

What we expect

  • Manual dexterity and reliability
  • Assembly experience is a plus
  • Driving license (B) is an advantage

What you get

  • Work close to home β€” stable projects
  • Above-average compensation
  • Option to switch to abroad projects with higher earnings

You weld. Precisely and cleanly. Steel, stainless steel, aluminum β€” on industrial projects where weld quality is visible. If you have certification and treat the welding torch as your tool, not your problem, we want you.

What you'll do

  • TIG welding of various metals on industrial projects
  • Work according to technical documentation and drawings
  • Ensure weld quality per standards
  • Collaborate with fitters and other welders

What we expect

  • Valid EU welder certification (EN ISO 9606-1)
  • TIG welding experience
  • Ability to read technical drawings
  • English or German is an advantage

What you get

  • Above-average compensation β€” one of our highest-paid positions
  • Quality accommodation and meals
  • Career growth to welding team leader

You prepare the material so welders can do their job. Grinding, cutting, measuring β€” without you, the whole team stops. And if you have ambition, you'll grow from fitter to welder or team leader with us.

What you'll do

  • Material preparation for welders and assemblers
  • Grinding, cutting, measuring per documentation
  • Quality control of prepared materials

What we expect

  • Manual dexterity and technical thinking
  • Locksmith experience is an advantage
  • English or German is an advantage

What you get

  • Flexible conditions
  • Career progression to welder or team leader
  • Projects across Europe

Facades, masonry, concrete. On real construction sites across Europe. We're not looking for a temp β€” we need a mason who knows what ETICS is and doesn't need us to explain how to hold a level.

What you'll do

  • Facade insulation (ETICS/WDVS)
  • Masonry and concrete work
  • Complete construction work per project

What we expect

  • Construction experience β€” min. 2 years
  • Ability to read technical drawings is an advantage
  • Willingness to work abroad

What you get

  • Verified accommodation
  • Flexible conditions
  • Projects across the EU

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to take over warehouse technology installation projects across Europe. We don't need a theorist who only sees projects in spreadsheets. We need a partner for real projects, where at the end of the day the racking stands, the warehouse works, and the client (like BMW or Coca-Cola) is happy.

What you'll do

  • Full project ownership: From planning and budgeting to handing over to a satisfied client.
  • Remote leadership: You manage projects from our HQ, but your people are all over Europe.
  • Field reality: Your first 14 days won't be in the office. You'll head straight to the site.
  • Local scope: Besides Europe, you'll also manage our own construction projects locally.
  • Modern tech: AI is a full team member here.

What we expect

  • Min. 5 years as a project manager
  • You read technical drawings and understand assembly documentation
  • English C1
  • Financial mindset β€” you watch costs, extras, claim management
  • Managing 5-10 projects simultaneously
  • Remote leadership skills

What you get

  • Full-time employment β€” stable foundation
  • Office in Uherske Hradiste + remote project management across Europe
  • Above-average compensation

You run construction sites. Leading a small team on complex repairs and renovations. If you understand construction processes and can lead people so things get done right the first time β€” this is your position.

What you'll do

  • Complete building repairs and renovations
  • Leading a team of 3-5 workers
  • Client communication and subcontractor coordination
  • Quality and deadline control

What we expect

  • Construction experience β€” min. 3 years
  • Small team leadership experience
  • Driving license (B)
  • Basic PC skills (Excel, email)

What you get

  • Above-average performance-based compensation + commissions
  • Company car
  • Meal allowance + bonuses
